Hot spring, also called thermal spring, contains water at temperatures substantially higher than the air temperature of the surrounding region. The spring water contains high levels of calcium, sodium, sulfate and magnesium, that can help remedy a number of skin conditions and provide pain relief for arthritis.

Thermale de Moulay Yaacoub is 20km northwest from Fes. It is a thermal station with sulfuric hot water coming from a natural source. It Located in a small Berber village at the foothills of the Rif mountains. They provide male, female, mixed and private pools.
